Your request is very important to SP+ Remote Management Services. Your request will be answered within 48 hours, during non-holiday business hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM CST. PLEASE NOTE: Once your refund request has been administered to our corporate office, the process may take up to 7-10 business days.

Estimated time for Credit Card Refunds: After the initial 7-10 business days to process through our corporate office, it is up to your financial institution to credit your refund within in 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind that some financial institutions may take up to 30 days to process the credit refund.

Estimated time for Check/Cash Refunds: After the initial 7-10 business days to process through our corporate office, it may take approximately 6-8 weeks to receive your check via mail.

Cash refunds will be refunded in the form of a check.

In order to expedite your request and avoid any delay or hassle, please ensure to attach the required documentation.
